Starting over in a new country came with challenges, but also with opportunities. Their international experience, combined with strong professional backgrounds in leadership, sales, operations, marketing, and business development, became the foundation for what would later become ADEPT24 Business Solutions Inc.
Today, ADEPT24 supports German businesses entering and growing in the North American market, offering hands-on expertise in business development, sales support, operations, bookkeeping, HR, marketing, and technical web solutions. The company has built a reputation for reliability, professionalism, and personal customer relationships – values that continue to define the business today.
Kirsten Friedrichs – Building Relationships and Business Structures
As Co-Founder of ADEPT24, Kirsten Friedrichs leads business development and sales while overseeing bookkeeping, tax administration, and HR support for clients and partner brands.
Her strength lies in building meaningful customer relationships and creating efficient structures that help businesses grow sustainably. This expertise also became highly valuable beyond ADEPT24 itself.
For almost 2 years, Kirsten served on the board of the German Canadian Business Association (GCBA), helping support the association during an important phase of redevelopment and growth. She played a key role in modernizing and professionalizing the organization by improving its online presence, restructuring and professionalizing the member and prospective member database, and creating efficient workflows across departments.
Her hands-on approach, organizational expertise, and passion for community-building helped strengthen communication, improve operational efficiency, and support the association’s renewed growth and visibility within the German-Canadian business community.
Hartmut Friedrichs – Leadership and Strategic Experience
Hartmut Friedrichs, Co-Founder and CEO of ADEPT24, brings extensive leadership and operational experience gained through senior management roles in organizations ranging from innovative small and medium-sized enterprises to globally recognized corporations in Germany.
A significant part of his professional career was shaped during his eight years managing fleet sales at Daimler Germany, where he gained valuable expertise in sales leadership, customer relationship management, strategic planning, and operational excellence within an international corporate environment.
At ADEPT24, Hartmut combines this management experience with deep technical expertise in marketing, websites, and e-commerce systems. His strategic mindset and entrepreneurial vision continue to guide the company’s growth and its mission of helping German businesses successfully establish themselves in Canada and the United States.
