Over the years, he has held key leadership roles, including Senior Director & Authorized Signatory at LUFTHANSA, where he played a pivotal role in the international growth of Lufthansa City Center franchise growth and strategic expansion across North America and Europe.

Jens’s entrepreneurial drive led him to establish multiple ventures, each reflecting his commitment to innovation and excellence. As the Founder and Chief Bread officer of Breadymix Products, he champions healthy, all-natural, high-quality MEAT SUBSTITUTE and BAKING solutions that make artisan GERMAN bread accessible to food distributors, bakeries, and restaurants. His motto, “Let’s bake the world a breader place!” perfectly captures his vision of combining health-conscious convenience with superior taste.
In addition to his success in the food industry, Jens oversees the Customer Success Team in North America for Foodback AS, a fast-growing hospitality & food service tech company focused on enhancing customer experience and feedback management in the food and beverage industry. His ability to drive business transformation and implement change management strategies has been instrumental in Foodback’s international expansion.
